When organizing your Zoom meeting room, there are a few different seating configurations and technical options you can choose from, including:
Designed with small-to-medium-sized groups in mind, Zoom conference rooms are typically equipped with an appliance bar, computer, microphone, speaker and camera, all integrated into a single device. Meeting attendees can easily activate the Zoom Rooms system by connecting to the device or using a touch panel to power up and start their meeting.
The Zoom boardroom setup accommodates up to 22 executives and features native Zoom functionality such as one-touch join, calendar integration, and device control. This room includes high-quality speakers and high-resolution cameras, and can also be configured in Whiteboard companion mode.
The Zoom hybrid classroom room setup allows for a truly inclusive classroom experience, with seamless communications between students in the same room as the teacher and those attending class remotely. A video camera, microphone, speakers, and video display or projection provide all participants with a connected learning experience.
Divisible space can be designed with a variety of configurations with both the presenter and audience experience in mind. The general design principle can be applied to many use cases like overlay areas, multipurpose expansion of spaces, and multi-room environments.
The auditorium design is dynamic and can include both primary displays for the main viewing area and confidence monitors for the presenter’s experience. Multiple cameras can be set up for different viewing angles, while near and far-end audio amplification, playback, and in-room voice lift audio can be implemented. Networked audio-based ceiling microphones and a network-based wireless microphone system is recommended. Additional touch displays can be configured in Whiteboard companion mode.
