Pfizer Pharmaceutical – Carlson Marketing
Diversified was responsible for developing a custom software program for Carlson Marketing to control three 12-screen walls via touch screen. Carlson’s client, Pfizer Sales Support Department, had requested an achievement recognition program in the lobby of its world headquarters.
Each wall was operated separately via local control, and supported by a central control/server room designed and installed by Diversified. For content updates, the central server room was connected via the Internet to Pfizer’s external marketing team. Via a touch interface, Diversified’s custom software activated a synchronized playback of employee information with creative elements highlighting their accomplishments.
The Diversified network operations staff maintained full-time monitoring and remote troubleshooting of the system through a VPN. The operations team was also accountable for dispatching on-site Diversified technicians when required.
